A little about myself:
I began riding, breaking, training horses at an early age. At 7 my parents decided to take me from backyard riding and put me into english lessons; I learned pleasure, equitation, and hunter. Then, at the age of 11 I got started by helping a gentleman by the name of Bud Lovelady to break wild mustangs. We would drive up to Ridgecrest, pick up a young colt or filly and bring it home. From then on I would do all the riding, from the first person on its back to a horse his other students could ride, show and win on. After that I moved up to Murrieta at the age of 16 and started taking colts into training, buying, selling, and doing tune ups. I've worked with Halter Horses, Performance Horses, Trail Horses, and almost everything in between.
My main ride is an APHA mare named Dreamy Desi. I bought her as a two year old in 2003, I have done all the training on her for my mom, whom Desi was a Christmas present for. She has done Gymkahna for my little brothers, Parades, Barrels, Team and Ranch Sorting, Extreme Cowboy Races, English, Halter, Trail and Poker rides, and simple rides on the Beach. Sadly on March 16th of 2011 I lost Desi and her foal (she was in foal to Dry Docs Blue Cowboy and was due March 24th) to a severe unknown cause of liver failure.
My goal is to make your horse as broke, responsive, and exposed to as much as I can. All this so you can enjoy your ride and much as I enjoyed Desi.
